The client approached Detailed Planning in July 2012. We provided a fixed quote and was soon provided instruction to progress with obtaining Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval.
The client brief was to provide further space that could be used for an office while still allowing for storage at the front of the garage for bikes.
The proposal was soon finalised and the plans were submitted to Camden Council.
Planning Approval was granted in October 2012. Soon after, we began the Building Regulation Drawings. The builder used these drawings throughout the build and completed the garage conversion and refurbishment to a high standard, on budget and on time.
