The client approached Detailed Planning in March 2013. This property was being affected by an existing poor layout. The client brief was to convert part of the garage and extend to the rear to provide a larger kitchen. With the addition of a large roof light the space feels light, airy and spacious.
The proposal was soon finalised and the plans were submitted to Hillingdon Council as a Full Planning Application.
Planning Approval was granted in May 2013. The builder completed this project to a high standard and the client was happy with the final outcome.
