Client Requirements
The Client wanted to completely change the existing property both on the ground and first floor. The property was previously a bungalow which had a small loft conversion. The client wanted to increase the bedrooms in the loft so we extended the previous conversion to allow for 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The entrance to the converted loft has been moved to maximise the space needed.
With the ground floor our client required more space to fit within their families lifestyle so we added a 5m extension to the rear and completely reconfigured the downstairs of the property. At the back of the property we have designed a large scale kitchen/diner/living space big enough to entertain many finished off with slim aluminium bi folding doors. The downstairs bedroom has been moved to the side of the property but now with an En-Suite and a joining utility room so all those drying clothes can be hidden away. Where the previous Kitchen stood we have opened up that space into a hall and storage under the new staircase.

Building Regulations
The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.
Other Requirements
