Our client wanted to increase the side of their 1 bed ground floor flat to fit a further bedroom to ensure they didn’t outgrow the property to quickly. The original main bedroom would now become the smaller bedroom/walk in wardrobe and the rear extension at the back of the property would now be used as the master bedroom. The single storey rear extension has a pitched roof with a single roof light and Bi-Fold doors out onto the garden. We made some internal changes towards the back of the property which included moving the wall between the bathroom and original bedroom. The bathroom was a large size so re configuring the layout and moving the internal wall didn’t impact the look and feel of the new bathroom.
