Single Rear/Side Extension in North Finchley

Client Requirements

The Client was in need of a downstairs toilet in their terraced house in Finchley. To create space for this without loosing the current layout we suggested a rear to side extension. This allows the toilet to be connected to the kitchen and no space has been lost. 

The client also required an insertion of a new door and brick wall.

Planning Consent

Lawful based planning requirement. ???

Building Regulations

The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.

Other Requirements
