Our client wished to convert their previously disused garaged into a study with shower room at the back. To section off the shower room a stud wall will be put in place. To add more light into the converted garage we have added 4 roof lights in the newly tiled pitched roof. A manhole will be sealed as Thames Water guidance. We have also removed a chimney breast at ground floor level. At the front of the property we have removed the garage door and infilled with UPVC window with brickwork below.
