We have converted the loft to allow for an extra bedroom with en-suite to enable more space in the rest of the property. The ensuite has a pocket door which gives our client more room to position furniture in the bedroom. We have changed the entrance to the loft by creating a new staircase layout.
We have included a rear dormer with Juliet balcony and 3 aluminium framed roof lights to keep the loft bright and airy. The roof lights are in the hip to gable roof which are finished with similar tiles to the rest of the property.
Our client required a permitted development certificate for the loft conversion.
Building Regulations
The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.
