Client Requirements

The Client required a larger master bedroom in their detached property with ensuite without losing space on the 1st floor. We created a large scale loft extension which included an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. 

The removal of a chimney breast was require and a rear dormer added to finish the loft conversion to the highest standard.

Planning Consent

Lawful based planning requirement. 

Building Regulations

The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.
