The property is a detached 2 storey dwelling in the area of Radlett which required a householder application for a single storey rear extension, part single storey extension, garage conversion and ground and first floor front/side extension.
Detailed Planning provided a full set of Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.
An application to Building Control was made prior to works starting. During the works, Building Control inspected in the works and issued full consent on completion.
A build over agreement was required as there was a shared sewer within 3m of the proposed extension. Detailed Planning applied for the necessary consent.
As the property was a detached house no Party Wall Agreement was needed.
