Our client required a large scale single storey/infill extension at the rear of the property with internal changes made to include a shower room and larder. The client wanted to have the living and dining spaces at the rear of the property but still flowing from the kitchen. We achieved this by creating an infill extension so the rear of the property goes all the way across the width of the original house. There are 2 large roof lights and rear sliding doors the whole way across which lead out into the garden on an newly extended patio. A porch extension was added onto the front of the property to enable the client to keep the hallways clear and a little privacy from the front of the property.

The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.
