A land registry plan is different to the architectural plans required to begin building and are an essential aspect of construction.
A land registry plan must follow specific guidelines and give enough detail for the property to be recognised on the Ordnance Survey map.
The plan must show the building, including any extensions or external alterations that have been made to the property, within the surrounding area.
