Detailed Planning successfully obtained planning permission to divide a large detached house on Ladbroke Road in the Borough of Reigate & Banstead into two self‑contained dwellings. Our scheme introduces a central subdivision running through all floors, creating two generous family homes each with their own entrance, parking and garden. We prepared a series of existing and proposed plans, elevations and sections illustrating how internal partitions, selective chimney removals and modest roof and rear alterations provide balanced accommodation across the basement, ground, first and loft levels.
