Rear Extension Prior Approval in Enfield

One of the key features of this project was the addition of lots fo glazing to the rear of the property with easy access to the garden and create a stunning view of the outdoor space.
This was a crucial aspect of the design, as we wanted to ensure that the garden was incorporated into the overall aesthetic of the property and to provide a seamless transition from the indoor to outdoor living space. In addition to the living areas, we also included practical spaces such as a WC and utility room. These spaces were designed with functionality in mind, ensuring that they were not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The roof of the extension was finished with a modern asymetric pitch and a zinc and metal-clad fascia, which gave the extension a modern appearance.
