Detailed Planning obtained planning permission for a wrap‑around extension at Rensburg Road in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The homeowners wanted to expand their Victorian terrace to create a larger, light‑filled family kitchen and dining space while improving the connection to the garden.
Our design combines a modest rear extension with a side infill to make full use of the plot width. The proposed layout reconfigures the ground floor to provide an open‑plan kitchen, dining and living area, with full‑height glazing and sliding doors opening onto the garden.
