Our client approached us to seek an additional bedroom and en-suite to their detached property. Detailed Planning advised that the loft could be converted to provide a large master suite.
The property benefited from permitted development rights, this meant a large rear dormer could be proposed. To provide a small utility space towards the front we designed a small dormer, this required full planning consent.
The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.
