Our client required much needed additional space on the ground floor of their terrace property to include a downstairs toilet. The main requirement was a downstairs toilet which we have added on to the side of the kitchen. They also required a Insertion of new door and new brick wall.
To increase the size of the master bedroom we advised our client go up into the loft. This ensured no space was lost in the 1st floor bedrooms. The staircase into the loft conversion connected with the 1st floor so no changes needed to be made to the layout to fit.
Our Client based in Barnet want to extend their Swimming Pool House to increase the size of their current gym. We suggested removing the current shed and extending on to the side of the building to include a new shower room and Sauna.
Our client wanted to remove an existing conservatory and create a single storey in-fill extension in the period property. In keeping with the period style of the property some windows will be made to match the previous style. The extension will used as a large sized kitchen diner adding onto the existing kitchen.
With everyone in the home so busy here there and everywhere the client wanted to create more of a hub where everyone could spend more time together. The focus was on the current kitchen by extending into a kitchen/diner. To keep as much counter space as possible we added a window at the end of the rear extension instead of the typical Bi-Folds and enabling the client to look out onto the garden whilst in the kitchen.
Our client required a garage conversion as they were no longer using it as it was but needed a study. We have removed the garage door at the front of the property and infilled with UPVC window with brickwork below. At the back of the study (converted garage) we have included a new shower room.
Our client wanted to maximise as much space as possible both on the ground and first floor. We have extended the previous loft conversion to include 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and walk in closet.
On the ground floor we have designed a 5m rear extension with complete reconfiguration of the ground floor. The existing ground floor bathroom will remain but with the 5m extra space the 3rd bedroom has now space for an En-suite and utility room. At the rear of the property will now open up into a Kitchen/Diner/Living Room which is finished with slim framed aluminium bi-fold door.
Our Client wanted to increase their living space with a 5m large scale extension at the rear of the property to open up into a dining/living area which links onto the original house through the kitchen. They required a front porch extension to allow for more space/less clutter in the current hallway. Additional to this we also made a number of internal changes to allow for the living space to be more open and bright with large scale roof lights.
Our Client required space on both the ground and 1st floor so we added a front a rear double storey extension. The large scale extension also included and loft extension and garage conversion. A bay window was removed to add the front double storey extension. At the rear of the detached property we have extended the ground floor to open up into a large kitchen diner leading onto the garden. This large scale extension has increased to a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house.
